I am desperately awaiting for some local media outlet to walk back their stories about Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback is the nation's least popular Governor.
One month ago, the local headlines were covered with news that a polling organization found that no one liked Brownback. (No word yet on whether he cried, but for the love of all things, I sure hope not!) As I suspected, it wasn't true then, and it's not true now.
According to a Quinnipiac University poll earlier this month, Gov. Dannel Malloy, Democrat of Connecticut, has an approval rating of just 24 percent. For those keeping count, that's 8 points lower than Brownback's 32 percent.
